Thomas joined IBA in 2022 as an Insight Client Success Executive. He will be working alongside Alice Gondry, and collaborating with Adam Renshaw as well as the rest of the IBA team. Thomas’ responsibilities are, but not limited to, client engagement, technical support and leading renewal conversations with existing clients.

Thomas graduated from Buckinghamshire New University in 2019, leaving with a 1:1 in Air Transport Management. He subsequently finished his flight training later that year graduating from CAE with a Commercial Pilots License.

Thomas originates from (Sunny) Birmingham, England where he currently resides. However, during his degree and pilot training he lived in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Arizona, US. He enjoys learning about new cultures and exploring different foods from around the globe.
