Nick joined IBA in 2020. He has a background in capital markets, mortgage analytics, professional services and product management.

Nick started his product focused career at Matrix Solutions (now ISS), before moving into capital markets consultancy at The Field Effect (now Delta Capita). As a consultant he worked on multiple projects in the collateral and clearing ecosystem, and was instrumental in setting-up TFE's back office, talent, and marketing functions. Nick returned to Matrix Solutions with a mandate to invest heavily in their mortgage focused platforms in 2017, growing the client base to 28 of the top 30 mortgage lenders in the UK.

Nick also has a background as an actor, touring Shakespeare (UK and Germany), pantomime, documentaries and commercials.
