Geoff is Managing Director of Advisory at IBA responsible for the Aircraft valuation, Technical and Asset management teams. Geoff has over 20 years of experience in aviation strategy, finance and aircraft leasing. He began his career on the British Airways graduate programme before moving to easyJet in 2003 at the time of the merger with GO. He then had 8 years in investment banking working for BNP Paribas then Deutsche bank as a leading airline analyst. He returned to British Airways in 2012 where he was made Head of Business Planning & Strategy and then Director of Strategy reporting to the CEO until 2018.

Most recently Geoff led the aviation consulting practice in the UK for Capgemini Invent. He has an MBA and a commercial pilot's licence.
