Alice joined IBA in 2005 as an aviation analyst, conducting aircraft appraisals and market research assignments, alongside speaking at industry events and producing IBA's publications. More recently, Alice was Head of Operations. In this past tenure, Alice oversaw the production and delivery of Intelligence-derived projects, from desktop valuations through to strategic DD assignments and feasibility studies around asset selection. In 2018, Alice became Head of Data Intelligence Services, with responsibility for the sales and client relationship pertaining to IBA.iQ, IBA's online intelligence platform, and IBA's publications.

In 2020, IBA launched InsightIQ and Alice became Head of Client Success. To ensure that IBA's Data Intelligence Services best meet customer needs, Alice oversees modules' development and improvements in InsightIQ, the accuracy and relevance of the information within IBA's platform, and assists customers with any of their commercial aviation data intelligence needs.

Alice began her aviation career at Airbus North America and subsequently worked for Smiths Aerospace. Alice holds an MBA, with a concentration in Marketing, from Ohio University and a Master from the Burgundy School of Business - ESC Dijon, and earned her Senior ISTAT Certified Appraiser qualification in 2018.
