Regulatory Framework for Cosmetic Claims and General Principles for Substantiation

This webinar, taking place on 15 May 2020 at 10.00-11.00, will give an overview of all the legal requirements for cosmetic claims, going from those of the EU Cosmetics Regulation and the Common Criteria, to the horizontal ones of the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive and the UK Advertising Codes. 

 

The session will also give a generic overview of the principles for claim substantiation, with the hope to organise a fully detailed training event on this topic as soon as the current emergency situation is resolved. 

 

This webinar is aimed at all relevant functions within a company, such as R&D, regulatory, legal and marketing.
